• Confirm your state or destination podcast
• Confirm your business name, guests, and main contact
• Review your business goals for the mini-series
• Map out your three episode topics
• Review your primary call to action
• Discuss any offers, events, listings, services, or announcements
• Schedule all three recording dates
• Review basic recording expectations
• Answer production and publishing questions

The goal is to leave the call with a clear mini-series plan and all three recordings scheduled.

​You do not need a full script.

A short email or bullet-point outline is enough.

Please have the following ready before your onboarding call:

• Business name
• Website
• State or local market
• Main contact name and email
• Guest names and titles
• Topic ideas for the three episodes
• Primary call to action
• Social media links
• Current offers, events, listings, services, or announcements
• Logo or brand assets, if available

Scheduling the Three Recordings

​During the onboarding call, we will schedule all three recording dates.

Episodes are placed in separate months so each one has time to breathe, burn, rank, and build visibility before the next episode is released.

Please come prepared with general availability for the next three months.

After the onboarding call, Golf Podcasts USA will send calendar invites for each recording date.

​Fit Check and Production Confirmation

​The onboarding call also gives us a chance to confirm fit before production begins.

If we determine that the mini-series is not the right fit, Golf Podcasts USA may cancel the project and issue a refund before production starts.

​Once recording dates are scheduled or production begins, the mini-series is considered active.

​Your episodes will be recorded remotely by video call.

For the best result:

• Join from a quiet room
• Use headphones or earbuds if possible
• Use a strong internet connection
• Avoid noisy backgrounds
• Close unnecessary browser tabs and apps
• Have your website, notes, or talking points nearby
• Join a few minutes early if possible

You do not need to be perfect.
